Occupational Therapist – Intermediate Care

What you will do:
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessment and interventions for patients in the Intermediate Care team.
  • Develop personalised care plans to help patients achieve independence and improved quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care solutions.
  • Conduct home visits to ensure effective rehabilitation strategies are implemented.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and therapy outcomes.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
  • Hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrated UK experience in the role with recent NHS exposure.
  • Current registration with the HCPC ensuring adherence to professional standards.
  • Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility and commitment.
