**** HR Advisor – Maternity Cover
** Join our HR Shared Services team for a 9-month maternity cover and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across the business.
** What you would do as our HR Advisor
** Reporting to the Head of HR – Operations & Commercial, you will:
* Provide generalist HR advice and support across all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance, training, and leaver processes.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of policies and processes.
* Use workforce analytics to enhance processes and employee experience.
* Support change management initiatives, including organisational restructuring.
* Maintain compliance with legislation and ensure accurate documentation and system updates.
** The skills and experience you need
**** We are looking for someone who:
*** Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
* CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (preferred).
* Experience in a large, complex organisation is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
