A well-established electrical contractor based in the Staffordshire region is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who can oversee multiple commercial, retail and industrial electrical projects while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage electrical contracts from initial enquiry through to final handover

* Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

* Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships

* Provide technical support, leadership, and guidance to site teams and subcontractors

* Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules, and costings

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and H&S requirements

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager (commercial, retail & industrial preferred)

* Strong technical background with relevant electrical qualifications

* Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Existing relationships with clients in the electrical or construction sectors is highly desirable

* Full UK driving licence
