As the Head of Logistics, you will oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring that all goods and materials are prioritized, transported, and delivered on time. Your expertise will be crucial in managing long lead items and global raw material demands while addressing storage considerations and associated risks.

• Logistics Strategy Development:
  Formulate and execute a comprehensive logistics strategy that aligns with project timelines and objectives.
• Performance Management:
  Establish and refine metrics and KPIs to track and enhance operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all logistics operations meet compliance standards for imports and materials management.
• Process Optimization:
  Plan and manage the movement of materials, focusing on innovative solutions and improved processes.
• Budget Management:
  Collaborate with Project Delivery Directors to oversee logistics budgets and track expenditures effectively.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals to foster a collaborative culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify and resolve issues within logistics programs, facilitating proactive risk management.

• Project Management:
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through the lifecycle from concept to handover.
