• Lead and develop production teams to consistently achieve safety, quality and output requirements.
• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, efficiency and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with planning, logistics and engineering to maintain reliable, smooth production flow.
• Monitor KPIs, identify issues early and take corrective action to maintain strong performance.

• Proven background in production leadership, such as Supervisor or Manager roles, within fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Experience in automotive or similarly demanding manufacturing sectors with complex product ranges.
• Strong, hands‑on leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of lean principles, continuous improvement and quality-focused manufacturing practices.
• Confident working under pressure with a proactive, solutions-driven and customer-focused approach.
