CNC SUPERVISOR / PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR

We are offering a super opportunity for a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter / Operator.

We are enjoying an uplift in orders coming through, which means we have a role as a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter available now.

You may be an experienced CNC Programmer, who is looking to step up in your career. This could be just the opportunity for you!

Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, West Bromwich, Rowley Regis, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Dudley, Kidderminster, Worcester, Blackheath, Willenhall, Wednesbury and Wolverhampton

• Salary: £45,000 £ 47,000
• Days’ role; flexibility will be needed to cover
• Unlimited Career progression

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines to produce high‑quality components
• Work with Mazak and Fanuc controls
• Team lead a small team of Operators
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and precision
• Maintain quality control and troubleshoot issues
• Champion continuous improvements
• Happy to work days

• Relevant CNC Programming / Setting and Operating experience
• Predominantly CNC Milling
• Ideally, to have some supervisory experience, or to have worked at a Senior level
• However, you may be a CNC Programmer, who is looking to step up your career into a more Senior role
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Happy to work days, but flexibility would be required to cover when needed
• Ambitious and keen to progress
