Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm (two 30‑minute breaks per day) & Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Production Manager

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive General Site Operative to join our client’s team in Aldridge. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and overall upkeep of the site and production areas ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. You’ll also provide support to the small pack team when required making this a varied and rewarding position.

Due to the site location having your own transport would be highly beneficial.

• Maintain site cleanliness by emptying waste bins and managing skips.
• Jet wash production vessels and ensure equipment is kept in good condition.
• Sweep and clean floors across production areas.
• Keep the yard clean, organised and free of obstructions.
• Provide occasional support to the small pack team as required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or safety concerns to management.
• Always adhere to company health & safety and production procedures.

• Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable and willing to assist across different duties.
• Positive team player with a proactive attitude.

• Previous experience in a cleaning, caretaking or facilities-based role.
• Understanding of safe handling of cleaning equipment.
