Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Cladding Machine Operative to work on 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability after a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Operate 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines safely and efficiently

Set up and adjust machines to meet production specifications

Monitor output and carry out quality inspections

Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults

Follow all health & safety guidelines

Work as part of a production team to meet targets
Requirements

Proven experience working with 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines

Experience in cladding, insulation, or industrial manufacturing

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Ability to work independently and within a team
