Position: CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator (Permanent)
Location: Willenhall

CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator, West Midlands, £17.00 – 19.00ph

• £17.00 – 19.00 per hour depending on experience + company pension + 25 days holiday

• Dayshift:
Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–13:00

• Precision engineering company working across motor sport, aerospace, defence & advanced manufacturing

Are you a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator with strong online programming and machining experience, looking for a stable dayshift role in a precision engineering environment?

Your background as a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator:

• Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines. Online based at the machine but also must know offline programming too.

• Confident reading and working to engineering drawings

• Experience machining a variety of metals in a precision environment

• Strong attention to detail with a quality and safety-focused mindset

CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator responsibilities:

• Online program, set and operate CNC milling machines to drawing and specification.

• Maximise material utilisation while minimising waste and damage

• Maintain accurate documentation and computer-based stock control records

• Handle, identify and store components in line with quality and H&S procedures

This CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator role is based in Willenhall and is commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Telford, Birmingham, Cannock and surrounding areas.
