Our client is a well-established and growing business based in Aldridge Walsall. They are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn develop and grow with the business long-term.

• Proactively contacting customers via telephone including re‑engaging lapsed customers
• Managing and maximising existing customer accounts
• Qualifying inbound and outbound sales leads
• Building strong relationships with customers and identifying upselling opportunities
• Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
• Processing customer paperwork and administrative documentation
• Supporting the wider sales and customer service team as required
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times

• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT applications
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or account management is desirable
• A proactive positive attitude and a strong work ethic
