Senior Night Carer – Residential Care Home

Join Barchester Healthcare as a Senior Night Carer. In this role you will look after the needs of residents to deliver quality, person‑centred care and support. You will lead a team of care staff, providing training, supervision and delegating duties on shift. Additionally, you will administer and order medication, review and update resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will remain respectful of residents’ dignity and preferences, contributing to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience in a residential care setting.
• Proven team leadership skills and ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of residents.
