Role Overview
We re seeking a Telesales Executive to generate leads and support the Sales & Marketing Team. You ll make outbound calls, identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and book appointments, helping drive new business and re-engage existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound calling to prospects, customers, and lapsed accounts
Identifying key stakeholders and gathering key information
Updating and maintaining CRM data
Supporting marketing campaigns and event invites
Booking calls and meetings for the Sales Team
Spotting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Meeting activity targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience
Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
Resilient, tenacious, and proactive
Strong organisational and data entry skills
Ability to build rapport and work well with others
Able to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks
Experience useful, but a willingness to learn is essential
