Leasing Consultants

Ardent Communities is hiring Rockstar Leasing Consultants in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. Our portfolio is rapidly expanding and we are filling IMMEDIATE openings
. No prior leasing experience required—customer service and sales experience are a plus.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Greet and assist current and prospective residents
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Showcase models, amenities, and community features
• Create urgency and excitement to close leases
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
• Create and update online advertisements to drive traffic
• Enter maintenance requests and assist the Property Manager
• Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewing residents

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay:
  Based on experience
• Two days off during the week (Monday–Friday)
• Weekends are mandatory
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Sunday: 11:30 am 5:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Customer service experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable car
