Mobile Plant Operative – Wareham

Location: Wareham

We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Mobile Plant Operative to join our team in Wareham. If you have experience operating mobile plant equipment—especially Front End Loading (FEL) shovels—this role offers a great opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

• Operating a Front End Loader to de‑stock sand from the wash plant and load HGVs.
• Ensuring all mobile plant is used safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
• Operating additional mobile plant machinery where appropriately certificated.
• Completing routine maintenance and inspections in line with manufacturer and Heidelberg Materials requirements.
• Supporting additional site and processing plant duties as needed.

• Proven experience operating a FEL/Loading Shovel

• A strong commitment to site safety and efficient equipment operation.
• Flexibility to assist with other mobile plant tasks.
