Retail Assistant

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 14 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in their work, their food, and their company that values its people.

Please note:

This role is contracted for 50 weeks per year.

• Serving customers with a seamless, personalized experience
• Being knowledgeable about our services and assisting customers naturally
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the register
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations

• Passionate about delivering outstanding service with a friendly demeanor
• Proactive and able to make customer-focused decisions
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Motivated to succeed and capable of working under pressure
• Reliable with good timekeeping
