A range of quality own-brand and high street restaurants and cafés are part of our Food and Beverage department. The department employs around 350 team members across nine restaurants, cafés, bars, and a production kitchen, plus five concessionary units such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge. This role offers a chance to learn and progress from the ground floor, helping with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food while working to the highest standards in a friendly environment.
The ideal candidate is able to work as part of a team and demonstrates a desire to learn and develop. Previous experience within a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

We have flexible contracts. Your hours and days can vary each week, but you will receive at least your contracted hours each period.
- 150 hours per 4‑week period – permanent contract
- 150 hours per 4‑week period – fixed‑term until 1 January 2026
As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
