16949 compliance, drive continuous improvement, and manage customer concerns and audits on the plant floor.
You will partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce defects, implement APQP/PPAP, and monitor quality metrics like PPM, scrap, and cost of poor quality. Strong leadership and cross-functional communication are essential.
