Cardinal Staffing Services hiring a Quality Inspector for a Union Facility located in Warren, MI. This position maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, recording quality results.
Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector Include:- Inspect automotive foam components for tears, rips, cuts, and other defects
- Check components for missing, damaged, or improperly placed Velcro
- Identify and separate defective or damaged parts
- Follow established quality inspection procedures and specifications
- Pay close attention to detail when examining each component
- Document and report quality issues as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify small defects and inconsistencies
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available shifts: 6:00pm-4:30am OR 6:00am-4:30pm $16.00 per hour.
