Shifts:

Flexible - part-time & full-time available. Driving licence & access to a vehicle required. We cannot currently offer sponsorship - however, we welcome applicants who already have the right to work in the UK.

Role
:
Community Care Assistant – you will bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to every visit, helping service users stay happy and independent.

• Help with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prompt medication & monitor health changes
• Support with mobility & daily living tasks
• Provide companionship & reduce isolation
• Keep the home environment safe
• Keep accurate care notes & report concerns
