Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £52,000 per annum

We are hiring for our client, a global leader in high-volume manufacturing, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer at their state-of-the-art facility in Newry. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of automated machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency

• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and internal maintenance procedures

• Support production teams to maximise output and machine reliability

• A third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline – essential

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a high-volume automated production environment – essential

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills in PLC-controlled equipment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency

• £52,000 annual salary
