Project Coordinator
Location:
Warrington (Office-Based Only)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract Type:
Temporary to Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Project Coordinator to join s busy team in Warrington. This is a fully office-based role with an opportunity to move from a temporary to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supporting programmed works projects from start to completion
Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Managing schedules, documentation, and progress updates
Assisting with cost control, reporting, and general project administration
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to required standards
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hardworking attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Desirable
Experience:
Experience working within social housing
Knowledge of programmed works, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes
