Senior Vehicle Technician

• Carry out service, diagnostic and repair work efficiently.
• Complete repair orders to manufacturer standards, including service check sheets, battery test reports, printouts from manufacturer's diagnostic equipment and all other required reports.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City and Guilds or BTEC accreditation).
• Technical knowledge and passion for manufacturer products and technology.
• Highly skilled at fault diagnosis.
• Deliver first‑time fix to meet customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and within given timescales.
• Ability to comply with warranty write‑ups and record all chargeable labour and workshop consumables on the job card.
• Highly motivated team player with attention to detail, willingness to learn and develop personal knowledge of complex/technical/product information.
• Outstanding attitude and passion for customer service, dynamic personality and ability to deal with customers.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of computer applications and diagnostic equipment.
