As we expand into consumer and retail markets, we are now seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead digital commerce growth across our newest and most ambitious business areas.
The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Ecommerce Manager will own and optimise ecommerce and digital sales across Ring Pay and Money Carer Inclusion, spanning:
- Direct-to-consumer ecommerce
- B2B and B2B2C digital sales journeys
- Retail and wholesale-supporting ecommerce
You will work closely with regional Business Development Managers across the UK and Europe, ensuring digital channels actively support regional sales strategies, partner relationships, and market growth.
This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence over brand, revenue, and market expansion.
What You’ll Do- Lead ecommerce strategy across DTC, B2B, and retail‑supporting channels
- Own online revenue performance, conversion, and customer journeys
- Deliver premium, fashion‑led ecommerce for Ring Pay
- Build accessible, trust‑based digital journeys for Money Carer Inclusion
- Support retail partners and BDMs with digital tools, content, and landing pages
- Use data and insight to drive continuous optimisation and growth
- Report directly to the CEO on performance and opportunity
- Proven ecommerce leadership across DTC, B2B, and / or retail environments
- Strong commercial ownership of revenue and conversion performance
- Experience working closely with field sales teams or regional BDMs
- Background in consumer brands, lifestyle tech, fintech, or payments preferred
- Comfortable operating at pace in a senior, autonomous role
- Senior role reporting directly to the CEO
