Quantity Surveyor

Overview

We’re partnering with a well-established regional contractor based near Warrington who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. The company delivers a range of projects across the commercial, industrial, leisure, and healthcare sectors, working with both private clients and public bodies. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years’ experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects.

• Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and ensure compliance with commercial requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor tendering, and contract negotiation.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
• Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure commercial success.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Desirable).
• Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Salary of up to £60,000 plus package.
