The Role Youll take full commercial responsibility for the scheme, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, supported by an Assistant QS. Your focus will include:
Full cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Managing specialist packages (stone, joinery, AV, landscaping, and interiors). Working hand-in-hand with the Project Director and the clients professional team. Driving value, quality, and financial control on a technically demanding build. About You Proven experience running luxury or super-prime residential projects , ideally £10m.

Detail-driven with a passion for quality and a calm, confident client manner. Capable of leading procurement and package management independently.
