What You'll Be Doing:

· Lead and uphold engineering standards across critical mechanical systems

· Champion safety throughout all phases of project delivery

· Create and review technical documentation including calculations, 2D/3D models, and reports

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure successful task delivery within project teams

What We're Looking For:

· A Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)

· Proven experience delivering within multi-disciplinary teams on regulated or high-integrity projects

· Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring

· Background in Nuclear, Defence, or similarly complex engineering environments
