A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EC&I Engineer (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation), looking for their next technical challenge at Principal level, to join a pioneering organisation within the nuclear industry. The Principal EC&I Engineer will have experience working in regulated and quality assured systems in either nuclear or other highly regulated roles and be eligible for SC Clearance.

The Principal Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer / EC&I Engineer will work on one or more design projects concurrently, as well as leading small EC&I projects, from concept design through to manufacture and commissioning.

The Principal EC&I Engineer will join a leading organisation in the nuclear industry, based at their site in Warrington. The Principal EC&I Engineer will contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. Travel to other sites may be required on an ad hoc basis.

• Solid experience in EC&I engineering, in nuclear or other highly regulated roles
• Familiarity with AMTECH Pro Design or similar cable calculation software
• Familiarity with Auto Cad design
• Familiarity with BIM enabled projects
• Ability to obtain SC clearance
