Senior Process Engineer

Currently recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop innovative process solutions while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cost, and time standards. This role involves managing complex engineering projects and providing expert guidance and support to junior engineers.

Frequent collaboration with other engineering disciplines and clients is expected, and occasional travel to client sites may be required.

• Lead the design and implementation of process engineering solutions
• Review and approve design deliverables such as drawings, reports, and calculations
• Contribute to economic and efficient design processes
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers while overseeing their work
• Provide technical advice and troubleshooting expertise
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement processes and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

• BEng (Hons) minimum, MEng (Hons) preferred
• Professional membership status (e.g., Associate Member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers) is desirable
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering roles
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and provide leadership
• Experience with various process plants and stages of their lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams
• Practical knowledge of regulatory frameworks and safety standards
• Ability to present complex engineering concepts clearly to stakeholders
