We are currently seeking an experienced EIA Coordinator from a Senior level through to Senior Associate to join our team permanently. With offices across the UK, we can offer a mix of home and office working to maintain a good work‑life balance. Responsibilities

At the Senior / Senior Associate level you will support the planning and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects, advising clients throughout the development lifecycle. You will manage EIA screening and scoping processes and prepare Environmental Statements, including reviewing technical input and producing other environmental and planning‑related reports. You will lead environmental teams, oversee EIAs, develop client relationships, mentor junior team members, contribute to bid proposals, and handle the financial management of projects.

Qualifications

You will have strong environmental planning (EIA) experience, preferably in the energy sector, and be either chartered or working towards chartership. You will possess a broad understanding of environmental issues, a working knowledge of different consenting regimes and development management procedures, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. A track record of project financial management and excellent communication skills are essential. DCO experience is not essential but is favourable.

Your ability to manage and mentor those around you will be an important asset.
