Senior Quantity Surveyor – Warrington -£200m Network Rail Framework (CP5) £45-£65k+pkg

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to make a step up to a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Civil Rail Main Contractor with a huge presence across the UK.

You will be working on £200m of the CP5 Framework spanning mainly from Manchester to Warrington, but the role will be predominantly office-based in Warrington.

This is a unique opportunity to manage a number of projects, take on a client facing role and manage a team of Assistant/Graduate/Quantity Surveyor’s.

Work on a Major Network Rail framework

To be considered for this role you would have worked in a Quantity Surveying Role and:

• Have a relevant qualification, e.g. HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have at least 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally will have experience on a Framework or Maintenance contract
• Be proficient in the use of NEC or  of contract
• Good Communication Skills
