A leading engineering firm is seeking a strategic Head of HSE & Engineering to lead compliance and engineering transformation across a national footprint of 90 sites. The successful candidate will manage a team of HSE professionals and drive asset growth as the estate is set to double in size by 2030. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in high-hazard environments, along with expertise in tank assets and capital planning.

This role is field-based with regular travel across the UK.
