Mortgage Broker (Property Finance Solutions)

They are looking for a candidate to into the business to help expand their mortgage. You will be working with all business referrals. You will be given full support and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships from start to finish.
Liaise with lenders and solicitors to ensure smooth process

Manage referrals and proactively represent the business

Work across multiple financial solutions for the client
Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Experience but not essential:
Knowledge of lender criteria (high-street and niche providers).
CeMAP qualified (or working towards it) – preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases independently
