Sales Support Executive – Vendor Finance

An AIM-listed business specialising in funding solutions for UK businesses to support their growth. Since 1998, it has provided £150 million annually to 20,000 UK businesses and operates from five UK locations:
Bath, Cardiff, Abingdon, Manchester, and Warrington. Recognised as Employer of the Year 2020.

The successful candidate will:

• Support account managers with administrative tasks.
• Manage deals from initial quote to payout.
• Ensure accurate submission of information, correct completion of lease documents, and liaise with suppliers for deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and account managers, providing regular updates.
• Upload data onto relevant systems in compliance with GDPR.
• Complete documents accurately, including rates and fees, according to funder or supplier terms.
• Gather information from suppliers, vendors, and customers for credit approval and pass to Underwriting.
• Assist in pre-underwriting due diligence checks.
• Follow up on proposals to ensure timely payout.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records on systems and databases.
• Operate within data protection, compliance, and HR policies.

Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial sector.

Good knowledge of financial calculators, regulatory and compliance requirements, and completing finance and HP agreements.
