Assistant Management Accountant

Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a fantastic FTSE
100 business based in Warrington.

Here, you will support the Management accounting team with the production of monthly financial statement, reports, journals reconciliation and cost centre reviews.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Management account preparation
• Provide financial analysis and support to stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Assist in the monthly production of P&L's
• Board Pack, Month End & Weekly Reporting.
• Cost allocation journals and analysis
• Management of all property related charges
• Assist in the annual budgeting process

• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of both management and financial accounting
• Part qualified working towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Experience working in a SME or large organisation
• Previous Exposure to Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Accruals & Prepayments.
• Advanced excel skills
• Data analysis and reporting experience
• Self-motivated with a collaborative, team working approach
• Ability to demonstrate excellent administrative/organisational abilities and a keen eye for details and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Experience working in a busy office
