Assistant Accountant

Resourcery Group are partnering with a market-leading, £300 million turnover business based in Warrington to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a 12 month contract.

This is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies and has multiple offices based across the country.

The Opportunity:
This role is suited to a highly motivated and commercially minded

Assistant Management Accountant that is looking to develop in depth analysis skills. This isafantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to make an impact within a fast-paced, owner-managed business with exciting growth plans.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in providing analytical support and financial insight to drive strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain weekly and monthly revenue reports
• Weekly KPI reporting
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Support the month-end close process and wider commercial reporting
• Partner with the sales team to provide commercial finance support
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support fast-paced business needs

Skills Required:

• AAT Qualified, ideally studying towards CIMA or ACCA or QBE
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and challenging stakeholders
• Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Hybrid working model- 2 days in the office
