Power Platform Developer

Location: Warrington Area (Hybrid – 2 days per week on site, first 2 weeks 3–4 days)
Type: Fixed Term Contract

The Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with strong experience designing, configuring, and delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining case management and business applications, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

You will collaborate closely with testers, functional consultants, Product Owners, and architects to translate business needs into high-quality User Stories and working solutions.

This role is based in the Warrington area
, with an expectation of 2 days per week on-site (3–4 days during the initial fortnight).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Model Driven Apps).
  • Build and maintain case management solutions and integrations with SharePoint.
  • Work closely within an Agile Scrum team
    , collaborating with Product Owners, functional consultants, testers, and architects.
  • Translate requirements into clear User Stories and deliver working features.
  • Ensure solutions meet best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with UK and India-based technical teams, providing guidance and leadership where needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform configuration and customisation
    .
  • Experience with Share Point (document and file storage).
  • Case management solution development.
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK Water Utilities sector (preferred).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience leading technical teams across geographies (UK & India).
  • Knowledge of test automation on the Power Platform
    .
