Role Overview

A well‑established and respected law firm in the Northwest is seeking a motivated Fee Earner/Litigation Executive to join one of their teams. You’d be handling MOJ and non‑MOJ personal injury matters. The role involves managing a varied caseload, taking initial client instructions, progressing claims through the MOJ Portal, liaising with clients, and negotiating settlements with insurers.

• PQE: 2+ years handling MOJ and personal injury claims
• Experience managing liability disputes and personal injury caseloads
• Skilled in using case management systems (e.g., Proclaim)
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to formulate case strategy and assess liability
• Experience in negotiating settlements with third‑party insurers
• Knowledge of SRA regulations and compliance standards
