A highly regarded and established family law practice in Warrington is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join its growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with solid family law experience who is looking for long‑term progression within a supportive and forward‑thinking firm.

• Supporting fee earners and partners across a broad range of private and public family law matters
• Drafting legal documentation including court applications, witness statements, schedules, correspondence, and bundles
• Conducting legal research, preparing chronologies, and assisting with case strategy
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, experts, and third parties with professionalism and sensitivity

• Previous experience in family law (essential) - ideally 1+ years as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Strong understanding of family law procedures and court processes
• Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail
