Commercial Manager

Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading Waste Management Company a to recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4-month contract for its Warrington office.

The Commercial Manager comes with a rate of £36.72 per hour.

Key skills
Protect commercial interests, manage client relationships, and lead the commercial team.
Support tendering activities by identifying risks, interpreting contract documents, and shaping commercial strategy.
Oversee contract transition, compliance, administration, and performance across all project stages.
Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks on new and existing contracts.
Build strong client/supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and provide expert contractual guidance.
Collaborate with operational, financial, legal, and sector leads to exceed commercial targets, ensure accurate forecasting, and maintain safety compliance.
