We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager / Senior Agent to lead technically challenging construction and infrastructure projects up to £30m in value — or take responsibility for a major section within a larger scheme. This is a senior leadership role, accountable for project delivery, programme performance, safety, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate Pre-Construction, Design, Procurement, and Delivery functions while ensuring compliance with all required HSEQS standards and contract procedures. You will own the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and drive opportunities for enhanced value, performance, and profitability.

Skills & Experience

* Strong track record delivering complex technical projects, ideally 7+ years in relevant sectors

* Experience with Design & Build, JCT or NEC forms of contract

* Holistic “end-to-end” project and programme management capability

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Commercially astute with strong planning and performance management ability

Qualifications

* Degree or professional qualification in a construction-related discipline (Chartered status desirable)

* CSCS Manager level + SMSTS

* Understanding of CDM requirements

* Experience in planning and temporary works highly beneficial
