What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and develop a team of technical specialists and consultants, ensuring clarity, performance, and growth.
  • Own the development of technical topics and capabilities within your practice area.
  • Partner with sales managers to maintain strong SLAs for technical coverage.
  • Collaborate with vendor sales teams to build account plans and deliver service excellence.
  • Build trusted, productive relationships with sales teams and partners.
  • Oversee the creation and quality of Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Manage communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide regular updates to the Technical Solutions Director on project progress and team performance.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement sessions that bring our strategy and point of view to life.
  • Represent TD SYNNEX externally as a credible, respected technical leader.
  • Navigate and manage crises in alignment with company interests.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8‑10 years of relevant technical experience.
  • 3‑5 years of direct people‑management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
  • The ability to translate technical expertise into business impact.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
