** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead and develop a team of technical specialists and consultants, ensuring clarity, performance, and growth.
* Own the development of technical topics and capabilities within your practice area.
* Partner with sales managers to maintain strong SLAs for technical coverage.
* Collaborate with vendor sales teams to build account plans and deliver service excellence.
* Build trusted, productive relationships with sales teams and partners.
* Oversee the creation and quality of Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Manage communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
* Provide regular updates to the Technical Solutions Director on project progress and team performance.
* Design and deliver partner enablement sessions that bring our strategy and point of view to life.
* Represent TD SYNNEX externally as a credible, respected technical leader.
* Navigate and manage crises in alignment with company interests.##
** What You’ll Bring
*** 8–10 years of relevant technical experience.
* 3–5 years of direct people management experience.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
* The ability to translate technical expertise into business impact.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
