- Minimum 3 years management experience in residential childcare

New Registration Aiming for Good / Outstanding - Ratio of staff to children:
High staff‑to‑child ratio
- Base Salary:
Up to 55000 (dependent on holding Level 5 qualification & 3 years management experience) - Referral / Occupancy Bonus:
Up to 6000 for homes with fewer than 3 beds - Ofsted Bonus: 3000 for Outstanding, 1500 for Good
- Total earning potential:
Up to 64000 per annum
We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand‑new EBD children’s home through registration and beyond.
- Experienced in managing Ofsted‑registered EBD homes
- Strong in trauma‑informed and attachment‑based practice
- Capable of leading mentoring and developing a stable staff team
- Knowledgeable in meeting Ofsted Fit‑Person requirements
This is an exciting opportunity to set up and shape a service from the ground up.
