  • Minimum 3 years management experience in residential childcare
  • Experience managing an EBD setting

    New Registration Aiming for Good / Outstanding
  • Ratio of staff to children:
    High staff‑to‑child ratio
Salary & Bonus Breakdown
  • Base Salary:
    Up to 55000 (dependent on holding Level 5 qualification & 3 years management experience)
  • Referral / Occupancy Bonus:
    Up to 6000 for homes with fewer than 3 beds
  • Ofsted Bonus: 3000 for Outstanding, 1500 for Good
  • Total earning potential:
    Up to 64000 per annum
Who we are looking for

We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand‑new EBD children’s home through registration and beyond.

  • Experienced in managing Ofsted‑registered EBD homes
  • Strong in trauma‑informed and attachment‑based practice
  • Capable of leading mentoring and developing a stable staff team
  • Knowledgeable in meeting Ofsted Fit‑Person requirements
Resilient emotionally intelligent and child‑focused
