Building Services Manager

The Company :

We are working with one of the North West's best-known Building Contractors who successfully deliver high profile, new build projects for a varied client base across the North West of England. They typically take on projects valued up to £60m in the Industrial, Commercial, Leisure, Heritage and multi-storey Residential sectors.

They are renowned for their excellent training and development programme and their policy of giving their team the opportunity to take on significant levels of responsibility at relatively early stages in their career.

The vast majority of their projects come from repeat business from an enviable client base. Their supply chain includes some of the best subcontractors in the North West as they pay them on time & treat them well.

They are now in a position to recruit a Building Services Manager to join their team.

The role will be split between their Head offices and visits to sites and meetings as and when required.

You’ll be based in and able to travel to the North West on a daily basis.

You will have experience working as a Building Services Manager / M&E Manager a Main or Sub-contractor on similar schemes to those mentioned above.

The role will play a key part across all stages of construction schemes, from early pre-construction planning to successful project delivery.
