Commercial Manager

Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading Waste Management Company to recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4-month contract for its Warrington office. The Commercial Manager comes with a rate of 36.72 per hour.

• Protect commercial interests, manage client relationships, and lead the commercial.
• Support tendering activities by identifying risks, interpreting contract documents, and shaping commercial strategy.
li>Oversee contract transition, compliance, administration, and performance across all project stages.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks on new and existing contracts.
• Build strong client/supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and provide expert contractual guidance.
• Collaborate with operational, financial, legal, and sector leads to exceed commercial targets, ensure accurate forecasting, and maintain safety compliance.
