We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

40 per week

£16.57 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm‑10pm and 10pm‑6am.

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

• Desirable experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong customer focus
• Good communication skills
