Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday 7:15am-11:45am
Pay Rate: £12.82/hour
Contract Length: 6 months

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to join a supportive team where your work makes a real impact? We're recruiting Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and fast-paced environment where precision and quality are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and automated equipment in the production process
Work in clean rooms wearing PPE
Complete documentation to GDP standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Material Handling
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Participate in process improvements using the PPI system

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Comfortable with manual handling and working with hazardous materials
Awareness of COSHH and cleanroom protocols (preferred)
