Assembly Operatives

JDR are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client based in WA5 Warrington.

Our client is a leading business within the construction industry.

As an assembly operative you will be supporting in the manufacturing of new build homes.

The role will involve working in a busy factory environment where you will be working on the panel line to assembly timber frames.

If you have experience in assembly, using hand and power tools, measuring and working from diagrams this is a excellent opportunity.

Our client offers temp to perm opportunities for all line operatives following a successful 12 weeks.

Week one: 06:00-14:00 Monday - Friday

Week Two: 14:00-00:15 Monday to Thursday

Early shift - £12.60 per hour

Late shift - £13.51 per hour

• Pay increases based on points system potential to earn £16 per hour ( from 12 weeks)
• Earn more per hour the more points you earn - Starting earning points from day 1
• Performance Based Bonus scheme ranging from 5% - 12.5% of your annual salary ( from 12 weeks)
• Temporary to Permanent Opportunities

• Working on a production line assembling timber products
• Operating various machinery
• Use of hand and power tools ( including pneumatic nail guns)

• Ability to work to targets
• Experience of working hand and power tools
• Experience in building / assembling furniture is desired
