Assembly Operative

We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing team based in Warrington
.If you're confident using hand tools, can interpret technical drawings, and enjoy practical work — this could be the long-term opportunity for you.

Shift Pattern (rotating weekly):

• Day Shift
  :
  Monday to Friday, 6AM - 2PM - £12.60PH
• Late Shift
  :
  Monday to Thursday, 2PM - 12AM - £13.51PH
• Weekend Overtime (Optional):
  Saturday - £20.27PH & Sunday - £27.02PH

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber frames to precise specifications
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Operating a range of hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workspace.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with hand tools or in a manufacturing/assembly environment
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings
• Strong reliability and references covering the past 2 years
