Production Operative

We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Production Operative with a can-do attitude to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

• Operating fast-paced machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out basic maintenance and machine setup tasks
• Completing routine quality checks to maintain high product standards
• Using your strong eye for detail to spot and report any variations to Team Leaders / Supervisors
• Reacting quickly to issues on the line to reduce waste and downtime
• Working towards targets and performance goals
• Taking part in department productivity meetings and contributing improvement ideas

• Past experience working with production machinery.
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A strong team worker who supports colleagues and communicates well
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn

Hours :

Monday – Friday 1pm – 10pm (1 hour break unpaid)
